  4.     This is a Control Panel that allows you to change 
  5. the size of the text in balloon help. Apple made the default size 
  6. 9 point, which can be hard to read.

  8. The Cost

  10. While I retain the rights to Inflater this utility is 
  11. absolutely free to any individual.  All I ask is that you 
  12. let me know what you think of it.
  13. Any educational institution or business can use it as 
  14. long as they inform me that they are doing so.

  16. Inflater can be freely distributed as long as this document 
  17. is included  with it. (If you want to distribute Inflater as 
  18. part of a PD/SW package please inform me that you are doing so)
